This experience, like most of my experiences with Best Western, was pleasant. I always get a clean, comfortable room for a good price; and the facilities (e.g., restaurants, gift shop) are more than adequate.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk clerk specifically asked if she could be of assistance with our visit to the area (tours, etc.).

This hotel made me feel secure: There were double locks and peep holes on the doors.
