The place is badly in need of updating and a good cleaning.

Everything in the hotel is dirty, old and falling apart. I think it is time to knock it down and build a brand new hotel in its place.

The overall facilities were very dated and worn. My room appeared dirty, but was probably only old. Generally, the decor was depressing and dark.

It was a well-kept older hotel. I needed a VCR and the front desk person acted like he did not know if they had one. I asked him to check and he said all we have was DVD. Other than that the service was good.

The hotel was right off a main road and very close to a shopping center. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet.

My stay was lovely. The hotel was close to casinos. It had an indoor tropical pool setting, which was so awesome. I will definitely go back next year.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The scenery was incredible. There were nice, soft chairs and fluffy pillows. It was just wonderful.

The hotel had an efficient front desk staff that was not overly friendly. The maids were very considerate and cordial. But at the restaurant, the breakfast buffet leaves something to be desired although it is free. The bar was okay.

It's a medium-priced hotel that has recently been updated.

We are mostly satisfied with the Best Western Midway hotel. The problem was there were no coffee cups and there was a burned-out light bulb -- but nothing really major.

My husband cut his foot on a piece of broken glass near the pool and the staff was not very helpful and took no steps to clean up the blood or really assist us in any way other than to say sorry.

They were friendly and courteous. They had a good breakfast buffet.

This hotel made me feel content: Overall, the experience was good, I was content with the decision to stay there.

This experience, like most of my experiences with Best Western, was pleasant. I always get a clean, comfortable room for a good price; and the facilities (e.g., restaurants, gift shop) are more than adequate.
