The newly remodeled hotel is great! The rooms are clean and the service was excellent. The pool as always is one of the biggest you will find in a hotel and is very well taken care. I recommend this hotel to all.

It was fine, we were there primarily to gamble so all about the room was of little importance. The cleanliness and the courtesy were as we expected.

We have used this hotel for a family Thanksgiving reunion for past four years. I would recommend it. The motel is older and showing signs of wear but that is understandable as they are going to remodel soon.

Anything I asked for they provided. They provided a meeting room for us and they did good job of meeting any needs we had there. They offered their employees to do things we were willing to do.

Location great, right off the main road, close to everything we needed, grocery, Kmart, restaurants, and fast food. It’s also close to the river and downtown Dubuque. It has easy access. There’s a pool area in the hotel along with ping-pong tables and billiards, and tables for eating, all in the same area. It’s a great area to relax in with the whole family when not out touring or whatever you're in town to do. We are repeat customers and recommend this hotel highly, especially for families.

There was plenty to do. There is the pool, the hot tub, the tiki bar in the pool area open on Friday and Saturday, the billiard tables, the ping-pong tables, there is an arcade room, there is a bar that has live bands on the weekends. There is cable TV in the rooms.

The place is badly in need of updating and a good cleaning.

The location was central to where I needed to go. The room was very nice and a little bigger than the standard room. The only problem was I needed a VCR for some study tapes and all they had was for CD so the front desk said. He really didn't know and made no attempt to find out.

The room was very well maintained. The pool area was well kept. The lounge had a comedy club and that was a relaxing night.

Everything in the hotel is dirty, old and falling apart. I think it is time to knock it down and build a brand new hotel in its place.
