Excellent
The service was great, rooms clean, beds comfortable, and the breakfast very good. As I have said above, we have stayed there before, and will be staying there at least 3 more times in the next few months.
It is an older hotel, but you know it was very clean, the service was great. The breakfast was wonderful.They had an indoor pool and it was clean. I don't know if the other person the left a review was just so picky, but for it to be an older...
35 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I had left my daughters favorite blanket behind when we checked out, big mistake I might add. Anyway, the employees went above and beyond their duty helping me get it back as we were already home, two hours away. I can't thank them enough.
The desk employees where helpful in telling us where to park in order to get to our room better. They told us about an event that was going on over the weekend. Even the housekeeping people were very friendly and cheerful when we saw them in the mornings.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Metropolis Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
