We made reservations by phone where they told us they were under new management and were clean. I read the reviews but since 2004 there have been none. So don't make the mistake I did. I gave them the chance as we were meeting up with some friends. Well, upon arriving the outside seemed rather not so great on the lighting. Then we got checked in. We should have known better when they hand you towels and toliet tissue at the front desk. Well, we proceeded on. The rooms were not adjoining like we had reserved.
Here is the list we had:
1. They lost our paperwork.
2. They room was hot in one of them. The a/c knob was off so maintenance had to come fix it.
3. The bathroom in one room had the door get stuck with my kids in there. Wasn't properly on there. And it smelled horrible.
4 The bathroom in the other room mildew on the shower curtain.
5. We were told how many broken windows they had replaced this week of our stay. (Made me really question everything.)
6. The indoor pool was not great at all. My kids would never swim in something so nasty.
7. I pulled the covers off after seeing they only place one pillow per bed. I found blood spots on the mattress, bugs on the sheets, and dirty sheets.
Needless to say we checked out and got our money back. We won't even attempt this hotel again.
