A clean, well-appointed room with a fantastic shower, great TVs (flat-screens with all the channels working!), comfy bed and a silent air conditioner. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

The location was great, the comfort was very good, and the service really wasn’t an issue. The room was cleaned promptly and I didn't use any of the other services. The layout isn't ideal. I prefer the sitting room to be between the bedroom and the traffic pattern of any visitors, rather than having the bedroom with a window on the traffic, but it wasn't a problem this time as it was on an earlier stay there. The fixtures, furniture, etc. were a bit old but still worked well enough and the price was very good.
The chairs were comfortable and the lighting was decent for reading, which is how I spend most of the non-sleeping time when I'm in a hotel room. The beds were also very comfortable and I slept unusually well, better than I usually do at home.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Meridian Inn & Suites, Anaheim-Orange.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The Hawthorne Suites has become a rat hole of a motel, which is why it is easy to book. The outdoor areas are worn and dirty, the plumbing is abysmal, and the rooms have gotten so dank that there are distinct smells of mold and mildew. They have promised a renovation for the last year, but obviously want to fleece the consumers as long as possible. This is unfortunate for a Hyatt property!
