35 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I stayed in this hotel. This is a non smoking hotel, but the room was smelling of smoke. Someone has smoked in it. Air conditioning was not working and I was swetting the whole night. I couldnt sleep and they didnt have any other rooms to shift me into. I have reported it to the management and a lady by name SUSAN called me. She said A/C not working is as common problem as car breaking down and we need to deal with it. She said some poeple come and smoke though she tells them not to but they still do and she cant helo it. She said I have to live with this and I dont have to go back to them if I was not satisfied. What a great anser - I am totally shocked to hear this and was speechless. I think I literally wasted my 190 dollars. Please stay away from this. There are very cheap motels in this area for even 35 bucks - they are certainly better than this.

I stay at this Best Western when on business in Burbank. It's nearby many of the studios (WB, Disney, NBC, Universal) and right off the Ventura parking lot [err, freeway]. Not even a 10min cab ride from BUR Bob Hope airport.

Clean and quiet, close to Warner brother�s studio.Shower was very small, shower head very low. I would recommend this hotel to others. All around we had a good stay and they had free parking.
