73 year old man with a economy budget, traveling for business

The service and the location were very nice. The only real problem was a safety factor of the really hot water. It could be a liable situation as one could easily get burned.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Matagorda Hotel and Conf..
I might recommend it to friends.

50 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The hotel was fine, but old. It needs major renovations.

I am not likely to return to the Best Western Matagorda Hotel and Conf..
I would not recommend it to friends.

Overall, it was a good experience, except that my reservation info was recorded incorrectly. However, that was quickly corrected.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They had a very friendly staff and manager, as well as small, unexpected amenities in the room.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Matagorda Hotel and Conf..
I might recommend it to friends.
