Best Western Marina Grand Hotel

I love the location of this Best Western. I can just stay in the room, watch the boats, shrimp boats, come and go. I just love it.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The employees are always nice people. I feel secure coming and going to the room by myself. I like the parking. I love the eating places near by.

I love this Best Western hotel because of the location. I like the view of the Bay and the access to the Oster Bar.

This hotel made me feel practical: Everyone was treated the same. The service was in line with what we needed. It had a down home feeling.

We had a comfortable spacious room but we were put in a room with a handicapped bathroom that I wasn't happy about. They have a friendly and courteous staff.

The elevator very small, the door to the room was stuck and did not close, there were only two handicapped parking slots, and there was a poorly designed bathroom.

I liked the great location and the terrific complimentary breakfast.
