I really liked the Best Western. It was very quiet and the beds were extremely comfortable. I got an excellent night's sleep.

This hotel made me feel respected: The personnel respected people.

They gave me the wrong room on check in. The linens had not been changed, as well as the bathroom towels - they were soiled.

This hotel is an excellent value, and it was an easy walk to the Convention Center.

This hotel's location was inconvenient. The room needed paint and the TV needed to be replaced. The door card did not usually work unless tried several times.

The tub drain was slow due to clogging. We asked for the hotel to address it and they never fixed it.

The Best Western motel's computer was down and it took almost two hours to be registered. Then, the next morning the restaurant was closed for some unknown reason. I had to eat next door at an Embassy Suites hotel.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They had an excellent breakfast bar. A lot more hot items than most other places.

The hotel is worn and needs upgrading and also a friendlier front desk staff.

This hotel made me feel practical: It was a really good hotel (as far as amenities and services provided) for the price.

This hotel made me feel content: The location of the hotel was in a pretty quiet area. The room was very clean and spacious. Also, the cafe in the lobby was excellent in service and food.

They were rude and the staff wouldn't let us speak to the manager.
