The empty parking lot with an abandoned car should have tipped us off. We had a family event and our six rooms comprised the majority of their weekend business. Basically, they mishandled our reservation information and would not discuss it at all. When we disputed the charges with the credit card company, they misrepresented the facts and remained unyielding. The people here should not be in this business and I am very surprised that a Best Western affiliate provided such a negative experience. The only thing they have going for them is location, but there are many other options nearby, so don't make the mistake of going here. I work with an internet-based travel information business and have seen and heard many things. This one really took the cake.

Overall, it was a good stay. I stayed there twice between October and December. During my first stay, I informed the front desk that the auto door lock to the exterior of hotel did not work. When I came back in December, it had still not been fixed.
