The hotel, rooms, location, and staff are exceptional. The value of the rooms and the free breakfast were a plus. My favorite thing was the staff. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating in every way. I recommend this hotel, above all others in the mid-range scale, when visiting Fort Wayne, Indiana. Thank you to the Staff!!

This hotel is in a very good location. Lot of restaurants and a starbucks in walking distance. This one doesn't have your typical front desk staff who just hands you keys and charge your card. Very friendly folks! They make you feel home. They take care of issues, if you have any any. Very few hotels, if any, have such large rooms. Very reasonable rates too. This hotel may not have the best furniture in the world but when it comes to friendliness and customer service, not many hotel can beat them.
I had so much fun at the Best western Luxbury Inn me n my friends loved the pool n everything was so nicely cleaned up n organized. Everything thing was nice and tidy. If i was ever coming to Indiana i would love to come hear again. Whoever comes to Indiana I would highly reccomend the Best Western Luxbury Inn.
I was beyond impressed with how friendly the staff was, the guy vaccuming the lobby even asked me if I needed help with my bags. The staff was just so so nice! The breakfast was wonderful, the room was nice and big. The value is great! I also love that they welcome pets!! Great place!!

We traveled from California on a business trip. Stayed here for two nights in their Presidential Suite. It was nice and clean. Felt like home. Convenient location. Restaurants in walking distance. Front desk staff was friendly. Will definitely stay...
