They had a vacancy on graduation weekend.Bathroom not clean enough and sink drain was broken. Way too pricey for what you get. If the bathroom isn't clean, not the place for me again. The cook also checked us out and just said okay when we told her...

Excellent
I only stayed one noght. We arrived very late and was recieved very well. Staff isvery friendly, helpful and attentive! Room clean and basic. Very good for quick stay and/or business travel. Breakfast was a little weak but alright for free breakfast.

Horrible
Nothing.The room was dirty and there was construction going on everywhere inside. Nothing worked and it was very loud. The motel was under massive construction. There were workers and nails and boards everywhere. Not a good experience in any form.

Staff was very polite and courteous and ready to help all time. Was a great experience. Breakfast was great just need to improve decor and presentation. Excellent value of price.
60 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
Security needs to improve.. Both times we stayed at this hotel we were approached in the parking lot by really scary individuals asking for money. We reported it to the desk and asked them to call the police. The girl working there did not seem all that concerned so I assume this must be an accepted occurance at this hotel. It certainly scared us, especially since it also happened two years ago.
I am not likely
to return to the Best Western Lubbock Windsor Inn.
I would not recommend it to friends.
