Hotel located in pleasant commercial area with easy interstate access. Hotel's grounds were extensive and well kept. Staff was helpful and courteous. Room was nicely decorated, very clean, quiet, and in good repair with a very comfy bed and bedding....
My husband and I needed a night away from our 3 kids. My brother was in town, so he voluntered to watch them for us. We stayed at the Best Western, Liverpool, NY. We had a jacuzzi suite. I am very picky about where I stay and get turned off...

We stay here quite often to visit family. We call the 1-800 number for Best Western and ask for the Manager special it seems to be the cheapest. It's always clean and quite.

Likes: Pretty much everything! This hotel was very quiet, hardly any noise. The beds are really soft, and comfortable. The pool and hot tub was great! Room service was nice, and they did a great job. Staff was nice as well.
Stay here all the time friendly staff and very helpful. Clean and beautiful hotel and rooms. I recommand this hotel to anyone visiting the syracuse area.
