The restaurant breakfast buffet was not very good. It left my stomach upset. The hotel staff was helpful when we had questions. We had to leave a day early due to the fires.

The hotel was in a good location. There were many restaurants and attractions close by.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff was very pleasant and my room was always made up nicely.

This hotel did not have the amenities expected this day in age. Most of the hotels had wireless Internet in all of the rooms. I also expected continental breakfast when traveling. There were not a variety of rooms to choose from. Only a king size bed or two double beds were available. Now a day, parents liked to have a queen size bed and either bunk beds or a double bed for the kids. I would suggest this hotel for travelers without young kids. My kids were bored. . The video games in the game room were being repaired and there were not a variety of games. The playgrounds needed repair and the sand needs to be taken care of. The hotel needs to be marked better. The name Best Western were nowhere to be found, except at the red light. I was not impressed with this Best Western in Orlando, Florida and wanted to change hotels, but we had already pre-paid. The pictures and information on the web site made it sound like an outstanding hotel until we arrived and were disappointed.

There are no elevators. You will have to carry your luggage up the stairs to your room. There is no security at the pool; adults and children are still able to use the pool late at night.

The hotel is in a good location. We found out when we arrived that we would have to change rooms in the middle of our stay, which affected our ability to enjoy our vacation plans. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast buffet was good.

It's a nice hotel with a great location near Disneyworld West Gate. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They had a large breakfast buffet, but food quality was a little less than I would have preferred. The price was good. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families visiting Disneyworld.

The beds were too soft. The location was great and they provided shuttles to and from Disneyworld.

I was forced to pay for shuttle service to attractions even though my trip was for a graduation ceremony and did not have any intention to go to the parks. The policy was not communicated until a demand made at check in. The clerk was very rude and unyielding. I reported the incident to the local AAA and to all who would listen.

It was perfectly acceptable. The clock radio didn't work, but they did do wake up calls.

The room was surprisingly comfortable and the grounds were pleasant. It's a good value in the off-season but I would not have paid the full in-season price for the room.
