It was in a good location but the front desk did not know what they were doing. They gave us the wrong key card for the door and it took three times to get it right.

We just got back from a week at this hotel and I have never had more issues. There were some amenities that we thought were there. They were not. As soon as we got there from driving 700 miles we all wanted was a hot shower. The water wasn't hot at all. Just warm. By the second day it was freezing. We were washing our dishes from heated water from the coffee pot. Called front desk and they sent an engineer down. He said that it wouldn't get any hotter because we were the last room to receive the hot water. So they offered us another room, but smaller. A family of 4 can not stay in a smaller room for a week. So they made my husband go look at 2 other rooms to see if they suited us. Finally after declining on them they gave us a way better room. So we thought. We tried to use there so called wireless internet. Was not able to get it working so called the front desk again and they said they didn't know anything about it and I would have to call there internet company. I'm on vacation and paying good money to stay there and we did all of the work. Very unhelpful. They also had buses to take you back and forth from Disney. Great if you want to go as soon as it opens and come back when it closes. So what ever you do don't stay in room 101.

Overall, this hotel was good. The rooms were clean and in good working order. Additionally, there was no bad smells in the room, parking was safe, and I heard little noise from outside.

The hotel is within very easy driving distance of Disney, MGM, and Epcot. However if you are not driving, the hotel runs a complementary shuttle service to the Disney Parks, Universal Studios, Sea World and the shopping outlets which I did not take advantage of since I was driving. The hotel itself is very close to many restaurants. Red Lobster is across the street and a Denny's, burger king, McDonalds and several others are all within walking distance. If you have a car loads restaurants are within 2 miles.

My only complaint is about the front desk, who are for the most part not very friendly but that did not cause us any major problem.

Overall, the bottom line is if you're looking for a great hotel, with a lot of things to do within, this is not it. If you are looking for a low cost hotel that is clean and safe this is the one to go for and if your going to Disney if you are like me you will be spending very little of your time in the room.

I did not see any major issue with this hotel as I saw listed below. I read all of the reviews before booking it, and did not have any of the negative issues listed.

Our room was clean (we have children so that is extra important). The beds were comfortable (I wasn't crazy about the pillows because I don't like big fluffy firm pillows, but eveyone else was fine).

There was a fridge, but when we arrived it was on the lowest cooling setting (so not really on). It took 12 hours before it was cold (we pulled it out because the setting was on the back), but this was not really that big of an issue. More like a bonus just to have it.

The reservation check-in staff were extremely nice, and I had no issues like everyone else stated. I found them overly pleasant. Maybe someone was replaced.

We did not attempt to use any vending machines or ice machines because we went to the grocery store across the street.

We found its location perfect for visiting Disney. It is very close by. You can walk through the parking lot to get to a Burger King & Wendy's. Across the street is a very large, nice strip mall, with Outback Steakhouse and a grocery store. Many other restaurants were in there as well.

The room was spacious and not incredibly cramped.

We enjoyed our stay, and will be back for certain.

It was a very nice hotel for a fair price. The lake was not so attractive to look at, though. The Pizza Hut restaurant and the breakfast were a good touch as well.

The hotel is huge and it is near Disney World, Universal and Sea World. But they are indifferent to service.

The reservations were incorrect when we arrived. One room had no bedding and it was never made up. Two rooms had to be moved. Our group was not housed as a group. It was a disappointing experience. I would not stay there again.

Overall, this hotel was really good. The rooms were really clean and in good decorative order.

The breakfast buffet was lovely with plenty of choice. The children loved the pool and the mini golf. The hotel runs a complementary shuttle service to the Disney Parks, Universal Studios, Sea World and the shopping outlets which was good. It could do with an earlier shuttle in the mornings as it was mid-morning once you reached the parks so they were already quite busy.

If you want to eat outside of your hotel or Disney Park this hotel is perfectly situated as it is surrounded by a lot of very good restaurants which are very reasonably priced.

The only bad thing about the hotel was the attitude of some of the staff on the front desk. They could be quite rude which is not what you expect as a paying guest. I would suggest that the staff attend a customer service training course if they want customers to return.

They pressure washed the isles early in the morning and woke us up. The pressure washer was right outside our room.

This hotel made me feel entertained: I loved using the swimming pool. I was pleased just by taking in the great views.

Overall, the hotel was fine. Obviously, it could use some cosmetic updating. The front desk staff could use an attitude improvement. They really needed to make the guests feel welcome. It was a great deal for the money, though.

This was one of the cheapest hotels in the Disney area. Since I was staying there to start a job, I thought it was a good value. Unfortunately, the room was not as nice as I would have liked, there was a damp odor in the room.

It was fairly close to the gate of the Disney property where my convention was. The hotel staff was not that knowledgeable about local amenities and many of those I spoke to were not fluent in English and could not understand my requests. It was very frustrating.

I was allowed for an early check in, at about ten o'clock in the morning. The rooms were very nice and the restaurant was very convenient. The lake was probably the least attractive feature on the property, but overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

It’s a simple room, but has an excellent price. There’s a refrigerator in the room. They have a nice pool. I'd stay here again.
