This was a repeat stay and a major improvement from 18 months ago. The transformation of Jocko's restaurant is incredible. Kudo's to the Chef!

54 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

Hotel is nice, beds comfy, service good, rooms clean BUT you can hear everything outdoors. Windows not property insulated? Resort is open 24 hours so when people are outside partying (pets allowed also w/fee) you can hear all the noise.

The hotel's location was beautiful: on a lake. The food menu was varied and well presented. The staff seemed overworked but still personable. It's a great location from which to do tourist excursions.

This hotel made me feel hip: I observed that clientele staying there were sophisticated travelers. All guests were treated as special guests. It's a great location to relax and look at the scenery or be involved in a variety of activities.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Kwataqnuk Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

They provide a service for guests who visit the Indian companies. The staff knows me by name.
