The staff was delightfully friendly and I enjoyed my stay. My coworker was unfortunately assigned a smoking room and he was quite unhappy because for two of our three nights there he had trouble sleeping. The hotel was booked solid so there were no other rooms available for him.
The rooms were pleasant, comfortable, with nice furnishings, including cable television, a coffee pot and plenty of hot water for showers. There were plenty of lights in the right places, wireless internet access and the ability to adjust heat controls. It is a very friendly place and all the employees at this hotel are very pleasant to the guests. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would stay there again any time.

They were packed with convention attendees (not reason was there) and they treated us with respect and were quite friendly. They didn't treat us as just customers, but as visitors.
