60 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

My husband and I stayed one night in room 206 on July 15, 2008. The room was clean but the air quality was questionable. I noticed that my nose actually burned when I took a breath. I finally opened the sliding glass door to air the room out but it was so hot that we had to close the door. It was either a chemical smell or mold from the air conditioning unit. This was another problem, the air conditioner shounded like a garbage disposal running off and on all through the night. Now, you might ask, why then did we stay? We were exhausted from our hours on the road and it was 2:00 a.m. We will never stay there again period.

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western hotel as it was clean and the service was friendly. I had to get the key swipe corrected twice, but the service was still great.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Kirkwood Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We wanted something near the airport and also with easy access to downtown so we could see the points of interest. This met both of our qualifications.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Kirkwood Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.
