Free high speed internet.Loud outside neighbors. Had to go and tell them to quiet down. The continental breakfast was nothing to write home about. The room and bed was comfortable. I like the consistency with best western hotels.

Everything was good except the noise from the bar next door caused us to leave and drive home at eleven o'clock in the evening. The hotel staff took care of the bill in a very professional manner by giving us a full refund.
