Best Western King of the Road Motel - Page 1

We have stay there many times on our way to and from Florida. We have never had a problem, ever.

This hotel made me feel practical: It was with in our budget and it was a nice clean hotel with a pool.

We arrived late in the evening. Although it was late, the restaurant served us dinner and drinks.

Some Best Western motels are very nice and clean, some can use more sprucing up.

This was the worst Best Western I have stayed in. It wasn't the worst hotel I have stayed in, but I have grown accustomed to a certain quality from Best Western. The bed was hard as a brick, I almost hurt myself when I plopped down on it. The A/C heat was making some weird noises all night and I feared it was liable to catch on fire. The only good thing I can really say is the staff was nice. The wireless internet was good and the water pressure as well as the temperature was excellent.

The staff was told that we were going to stay overnight and we wanted our room cleaned the next day. They did not clean our room and when I called down to the front to complain, the staff was rude. I was not impressed with this hotel and I will not be back there to stay anymore.
