The staff was very nice.The pool was empty and undergoing refinishing, which was very loud. The room was small, very little amenities. This hotel is the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at.
Location.Street traffic noise. Excellent location in the middle of Solvang, clean and friendly. Good size room with recently upgraded bath and sink. Good value.

central location, close to all restaurants, etc. Clean, remodeled room. friendly staff. comfortable. I skipped breakfast so I can't comment on it. Thanks to the new windows, I couldn't hear any traffic noise.
