46 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
My husband and I stayed three nights at this hotel because it was one of the few in Charleston that had free parking. Upon our departure, we found a 6 inch bolt had fallen on my car from the ceiling of the parking garage causing over $900.00 worth of damage. A month and half later we are still trying to get the hotel to pay for repairs.

Wonderful location, walking distance to everything.Maid threw away all our brochures on our 2nd day. Very convenient to everything downtown. Friendly, helpful staff. Good parking. Punch and snacks served every afternoon at "managers welcome party"....

43 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I was here at this hotel on vacation from Aug 6th - Aug 11th, 2006. The housekeeping was poor. The tub in the bathroom had mildew stains all around it. I had to go to the front desk on several nights to request toilet tissue. Parking was at a bare minimum, move your vehicle if you dare. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate this hotel at 3.
