OK for the Price. For the money, not a bad place to stay. Metro stop is right across the street so metro access to DC was a breeze. Felt safe walking around after dark. Parking was free, which was great. Staff allowed us to park our car before checking in and was able to leave it there after we checked out. Rooms were average - could have been a little bit cleaner. Elevator button panels were loose and falling off. Gave the appearance of being "run down". This was our first trip to DC - with many more to follow over the next three years. Won't have a car with us on most of our trips - so the free parking won't be such a big factor in our hotel selection. Will probably select another hotel closer to RR Airport next time.

I have stayed here before. The rate was good. The location was convenient. Unfortunately the hotel was scheduled to be demolished this year. The maintenance of elevators and others was a little neglected as a result of this.
