The very snippy desk agent treated me poorly. The location was ok for the airport hotel.

45 year old man with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

I was impressed with the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. I was looking for a room close to the airport so I could easily catch my flight the next day.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Kennedy Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The front desk staff was very nice and there was a shuttle to and from the airport.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They had an apple and mints for me at the front desk when I checked in.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Kennedy Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
