Took my family here for a weekend getaway and thought is was wonderful! Pool and hot tub area were great...it had a retractable sun roof and doors that opened all around...I will have to come back in the summer. Rooms were very clean and the beds...

The Staff at the Best Western were very kind. Check in and Check out went smooth and was very fast. I read the previous comments and this hotel is pet free so I'm not sure about those. No problems what so ever.

I had a great experience at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was great, they had a lot to choose from. I would definitely go back.

It was priced higher than neighboring hotels with fewer amenities. I disliked the barking dogs in the adjacent room. The pool was so full of chemicals that it was difficult to breathe in the pool area. Billing was done incorrectly.
