Best Western John Jay Inn El Centro Hotel - Page 1

I stayed on March 9-10, 2007. The room I had did not have an internet connection, there were pubic hairs in the shower, spider webs in the shower and bathroom, the bathroom doorknob was broken, the tub was broken and did not hold water for a bath for my kids, the drapes fell off the rods, the pool was not working, the spa was broken, and the spa drain cover was missing with just a pipe exposed (very dangerous).

I contacted Best Western International and they advised that there's nothing they can do since each hotel is independently owned and operated.

I then called the manager/owner and he flat out lied and denied there were any problems with the room and hotel. Then, the manager/owner shouted at me, told me that "he doesn't have time to talk to you," and hung up on me.

It was a nice, clean, quiet place to stay.
