I booked this hotel while going in vacation with my family to Italy. The facility was advertised as a 4 star hotel; however, upon arrival we found out that the hotel is a very old building in a very isolated unsafe area of town. We did not feel safe and decided to go elsewhere because we had children. It is best called a motel instead and does not deserve to be rated with stars in my opinion. The hotel personal were offended because of our decision and refused even to give us a refund. We ended up going into another hotel close by and we were very satisfied! Just be careful and do yourself a favor by avoiding this facility, read more reviews outside expedia about this hotel and find for yourself. Trust me!!!
