Room seemed kinda' dirty. Mold in the refrigerator, hair in the bathroom, filthy wall with splashes and stained carpet. The closet door wouldn't close, had to prop the trash can against it. It appeared to be a hotel that had seen better days but was not being kept up. The bed was comfortable but concern about cleanliness was greater due to the other appearances (was a little afraid to look too close). If you stay here, I would suggest you look at the room first.

Horrible
The service was awful from the time we arrived until we left. Loud music in the parking lot and loud noises coming from the other rooms. I arrived downstairs for breakfast at 900 to find you do have to get an early start or you will get not even...

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here. Their staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. We had a problem with our refrigerator in our room and they moved us to a room with a working one, with no problem. I would stay here again.

I called earlier in the week and made reservations for my son and I, and received a price quote for two rooms. We got to the hotel at the appointed time and date and at check-in I was informed that they only had two rooms left and one was going to cost $14.00 more than the other one. That is not the quote I received. Both rooms at the time of the reservation were going to be the same lower price. I was told that there was a New Orleans Saints game in town at that time and that they were the only two rooms left. They also gave me the impression that rooms in Jackson would be hard to come by. We had been driving all day and were tired. We were there for a funeral, not a football game by the way.
I went ahead and took the rooms, mainly because I was too tired to argue with the woman at the desk. I got up to the room and it was dirty, there was pubic hair on the floor in the bath, on the blanket, the A/C didn't work, the refrigerator was dirty, they had no coffee for the coffee maker. They only had one small bar of soap in the bath, the little one, not a bath bar. The towels were dingy. I called down the next morning for some coffee to be brought up since there was none for the coffee maker and was informed that it was "not the Hilton" and "come down and get it". I got dressed, went down and there was no coffee. It was an absolutely horrible, uncaring and dirty place to stay. I would board my dogs at a better place.
