It was late and I was happy they had a room, although the price was a little high. There were not enough pillows in the room. The ice and the water machines were far from the room and I did not want to go that far, outside, late at night.

The Best Western rooms are very clean and comfortable, and reasonably priced. But above all, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

This hotel made me feel respected: When traveling back east, most people assume Californians are ignorant and treat you as such. The staff was very friendly, and answered all my questions without making me feel ignorant.

One of the side doors lock was broken. I mentioned it to the clerk, who didn't seem worried about it--so anyone could get in without having to use their card. This bothered me because I was there for a softball tournament and there were a lot of young girls there.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We were in a bad snow storm coming from New York State to Kansas and with us just showing up, we still got a room without any problem; that is how they made us feel welcome.
