Best Western Iwo Jima Hotel - Page 2

This hotel is close to Metro and to DC, just a couple of blocks away. It's a safe walk or about 1/2 hour commute total. The staff at the front desk was very helpful with directions, all questions, etc. Coffee was available but no breakfast. The bill was to be split between 2 credit cards but was not done and we did not catch this until later. But all was clean and we were very satisfied.

The business center computer did not work, yet I was still charged for the time in which I attempted to use it. Similarly, the soda machine on my floor robbed me of $3, and no one offered to refund it.
