Every one was courteous, the rooms and bath were clean, and the beds were comfortable and had great pillows. They served breakfast in the morning. It was a great experience.
I really liked that when I went to the office to ask a question about a tour, the receptionist addressed me by name. What a great feeling that was.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Inn of Williams.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The room was exactly what we needed for our two nights' stay. The bed was comfortable and the sofa bed was easy to convert. The room, and facility, met our needs well.

They had such a courteous staff. They even saved a room for me while I checked to see if I could get one closer to the Grand Canyon. As it was, it was the nearest, but we were glad the others were full because we enjoyed our stay there, though only for a night. The staff helped us find an excellent place to eat in the very charming town.
