The excellent customer service.NA. Upon arrival the greeting by the hotel staff was warm and uplifting. There were fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the lobby. Fresh coffee also. In the morning there was an upgraded complimentary breakfast bar....

The price was good.The shower stall was too small to shave legs, and the air conditioner has to run perpetually. The room wasn't too noisy (away from road) but could hear train and traffic at night as well as air conditioner, which was either on or...

Price location security.Bit noisy with its location right on top of 101. If you need a good place to crash for a while, and want to be close to the beach. Cant beat it.

Location, surrounding area, close to FWY and staff.Coffee maker was difficult to figure out. The staff was courteous, the rooms were clean, the location is great, and I could see the ocean from my room.

Free internet.No bathtub in the room. Very friendly staff and great continental breakfast. It was a bit noisy so close the freeway, but overall a fine experience.
23 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I was very disappointed when I recently called them up and wanted to know the room rates. I was first put on hold for a very long time. Then when I was asking about the rates, the front desk person was extremely rude and had uncalled-for behavior. She was trying to make me look small and stupid, and all I was doing was simply asking a question. I have stayed at this hotel in the past, but never again will I go there.
