I was thankful to find this place after spending the day at a nearby hospital with an ill family member. The price was right compared to other nearby hotels and the staff were extremely friendly. My only misfortune was to be located near noisy...
The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over...

This hotel is in a convenient location, it's centrally located. It's clean. The staff could learn better human relations, though. They were impersonal.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Best Western Inn of Vancouver.
I might recommend it to friends.

We liked the facility. It was quiet and well supplied. We had an iron and ironing board in our room, a coffeemaker, etc. Everything we wanted they had. It's a nice facility and has gracious hosts.

45 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I was on a trip around the world in business class. I stopped for one night and I was jet lagged. When I phoned the reception at 4 am to ask some questions about breakfast and buses, the guy said "Dont bother me", and this happened a few times. I had to wait till 6 am for the Concierge and for the Manager. He had a word with the guy and then gave me 1/2 off the bill. This guy had shouted at me at reception and it was not a pleasant experience.
I am not likely
to return to the Best Western Inn of Vancouver.
I would not recommend it to friends.
