The hotel staff was quite efficient and cooperative, they attended to my needs as they occurred. Stay here when you come to Vincennes, it is the best place in the city. No other hotel chain has friendlier staff working for them.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Inn of Old Vincennes.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

50 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The hotel is quiet and cozy. It has everything to conduct business and relax. It is located only a block away from really fine food places.

This hotel made me feel practical: It had everything I needed to work online at a desk in a cozy quiet room.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Inn of Old Vincennes.
I might recommend it to friends.

The front desk staff was rude. There was one person there who was on her first day and she tried to ask questions of the other lady and she didn't want to answer. We needed extra towels on the second day and the man at desk didn't want to help us. Also, the pool was extremely small.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Inn of Old Vincennes.
I might recommend it to friends.

The hotel had spacious rooms.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The rooms were nice and spacious and when we asked questions about the room , they answered with respect.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Inn of Old Vincennes.
