Best Western Inn of New Boston Hotel - Page 1

This hotel is not worth $100.00! We had a non-smoking room. Our room had a bad smell to it! My children's allergies were going crazy. When we were leaving a gray haired women was going room to room taking off sheets and had a cigarette in her mouth the whole time in these rooms. I guess all of the rooms there are for smoking! At least for the staff!

This is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. The carpet was filthy and the shower curtain had mold and mildew on it. I stayed there for almost a month due to my transfer from overseas. The drawers in the rooms were missing drawers and some days we our room would get clean and some days we would receive no service. Me and my wife finally checked out of the hotel 3 weeks early because my wife was going crazy. There were small bugs in the carpet and that is when we could not take it any more. We complained to the manager several times. There was even once instance where the manager was hiding in the back room and trying to ignore our complaints. I've stayed in 60 or 70 various hotels in my life and the Best Western in New Boston is in a league by itself and they charged me $98.00 per night.
