Bed was thin and lumpy, walls were also thin, with noisy students next door I could hardly sleep. Asked for different room, told there were none. Went to sleep only to hear something moving in room, got up in time to see a small tail scurry into the bathroom. I assume he went under the cabinet. Glad to leave this place.

We ended up needing a place to stay on December 23rd in Hemet and found that the reviews for MOST of the inexpensive hotels in the city were not good! We decided on the Best Western because we trusted the name and it was a good location.
I was very pleased with our stay there. The room was a great price ($89/night for a king bed with kitchenette) and it was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and they also offered a free breakfast at the Denny's next door. Unfortunately we didn't make it up early enough to use it....but we did go to the Denny's the night before for a late night snack! There was also free wireless access which was a bonus.
This hotel doesn't have any bells and whistles and definitely doesn't fit into the category of a great vacation hotel. But it was a good price and clean and that was exactly what we needed! We really enjoyed our stay there.....hope you will too!

The hotel is in poor condition. Further, the rooms are old and the mattresses are hard and thin. Additionally, the walls are thin between the rooms and you can hear what is going on in the room next door.
I was there for 5 nights on business and would not recommend it to anyone that has other options.

Good
Clean! Very good but front desk staff needs to speak better English (broken Spanish/English hybrid doesn't work). The also need to be trained about online reservation services.

The room was large and it had a nice couch plus table and chairs. The desk clerk tried to lead me to believe they were sold out though and gave me an upstairs room. They were not sold out and I did not appreciate that. There was no elevator and I had lots of luggage.
The room was very comfortable and spacious. I appreciated having a sofa in the room as well as the king sized bed.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Inn of Hemet.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Mediocre
Friendly personnel.Loud noisy guests. Shows signs of wear. Two floors, no elevator. Had to carry heavy bags. There is a more expensive motel down the street. Next time I will stay there.

Excellent
The pool was warm enough to swim in!A bit noisy with air conditioners and other patrons. My sister and I had a wonderful time. This hotel is located right in the middle of shopping centers, bowling alley across the street, would be fun if traveling...

Best Western Hemet was conveniently located on the west side of Hemet near shopping. It also had a Denny's Restaurant on site with a complimentary Grand Slam breakfast provided every morning between 6 and 9 AM.
