Best Western Inn of Hayward Motel - Page 1

I always use Best Western hotels, because I know what to expect in rooms, service and cost.

We expected a non-smoking jacuzzi room, we got a non-smoking room that wreaked of smoke and a jacuzzi that's oily on the bottom. I have asthma and the smoke is making it worse. The hotel is located next to the freeway so you'll hear all the freeway noise. For peace, comfort and friendly reception, this is not the place.
