Best Western Inn at the Peachtrees Hotel

Very small room, no fitted sheets. Unsafe feeling due to broken locks. A/C vents in room and shower, but no need for them since it had window A/C, makes you wonder. A/C was loud as well. Small parking facility, and dirty. Carpet was dirty, and the room smelled. Elevators sounded like they were about to break. This hotel was way over priced for what you got.

The lobby was pretty decent. Parking garage was tiny and hard to maneuver around, it was definitely not worth the $10 per car parking charge.

We rode the really yucky elevator up to our floor. It was like we stepped back in time. It was not what we expected at all. The room was in bad shape. There was a big crack of daylight under the door. The linens were horrible, there were stains, no bed skirt, and the blanket was all balled up. The air conditioner made a noise like we were fixing to take off. The breakfast was OK. My mother, sister and niece will never let me live this one down. They have decided that I can no longer be responsible to make our reservations.

The location was excellent and the staff did a good job. All in all it was nice for a vacation.

This hotel made me feel content: There was no worry all needs were taken care of.

The air conditioning did not work, but they replaced it quickly. So, all was good.

Everything was great.
