I love the room and pool are front desk lady at check in was so sweet, nice, helpful really cared. Pool area was one of the nicest places I ever seen! Best kept secret!

I am so happy that I discovered this hotel. They have great rooms with a lot of amenities that I have only found at high priced hotels. There pool and spa are ideal for sunbathing and relaxing, and the staff is so helpful and welcoming that they make you feel like family. I would recommend that everyone stay here if you ever come to Palm Springs, California.

The location was perfect. The room was comfortable and the service was great.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They called to see if the room was satisfactory.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Inn at Palm Springs.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
