Called ahead to reserve room, reservation not accepted. Slept in clothes all night because room was so cold. Person who checked us in behaved as if we were an intrusion and never made eye contact. Continental breakfast consists of cold cereal,...
The front desk guy was nice and helpful. The room was clean. I had a slight problem with their pool being not as clean as it could/should of been and their jacuzzi was missing too many jets. It was cleaner though.
The staff here was very accomidating and helped us with all of our questions about the area throughout the day. They told us about great places to eat, fun things to do, and interesting events going on. The rooms were very clean and comfortable as ...
