I have used Best Western several times, and have never had any problems, and usually the price is within my range.

somewhat likely
to return to the Best Western Inn and Suites Oakland.

47 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
It was located down a very dark street that had gated warehouses. Upon driving up to the hotel I did see the front door lamp and it was on but the sign located near the street was not lit at all. I became concerned for safety.
