There was just nothing very impressive about this place. The parking lot was also crowded and had very small stalls.

I am not likely to return to the Best Western Inn and Suites Los Alamitos.
I would not recommend it to friends.

This hotel has an excellent staff, they were very friendly. It's very clean, well located, easy to find, and there were restaurants close by.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff welcomed me by name and knew my preferences as to room(s).

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Inn and Suites Los Alamitos.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Rooms were dingy. Needed remodeling and updating.

Extremely nice staff personnel. Very clean in all aspects.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They make me feel very comfortable in the hotel, they have the room key and the exercise room key ready for me when I walk up to the desk. The nice touch was the Christmas gift.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Inn and Suites Los Alamitos.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
