The Staff at the Best Western were very kind. Check in and Check out went smooth and was very fast. I read the previous comments and this hotel is pet free so I'm not sure about those. No problems what so ever.

I had a great experience at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was great, they had a lot to choose from. I would definitely go back.

It was priced higher than neighboring hotels with fewer amenities. I disliked the barking dogs in the adjacent room. The pool was so full of chemicals that it was difficult to breathe in the pool area. Billing was done incorrectly.

It was overpriced for the quality of the accommodations. The pool was so heavily treated with chlorine, it was impossible to breathe in the pool area, it was horrible. There were dogs in a neighboring room that barked all night. And the front desk messed up the payment and the reservations.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, it was very late and we were very tired, my cats were hungry and the guy was so helpful, he even helped me find some cat food.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: They got us checked in and to our room quickly.
