Best Western Inn Suites Hotel and Suites

Good location for nearby amusement parks. Walking distance to several restaurants. However, the description indicated that the room came with a refrigerator. It does not. We also expected "free internet access" in the room. The truth is, you have to go to the lobby for the 'free' access. We were not happy with this little detail.

The continental breakfast was not what we expected either. Cold cereal, cold muffins, milk, juice, and the fruit was canned. We've had better continental breakfast at other hotels.

All in all, it wasn't terrible, but we'd only stay here again if other places were full.

The lobby was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful also. Being able to purchase our 3 Day Hopper Pass at the front desk was a huge plus for our group.

If you choose to stay here, request a parking lot side room. The noise from the pool was too much to take after staying until closing at Disneyland. Our first night we were at the far end of the property and requested to be moved closer. Now I wish we had stayed in the single level units at the back of the property.

The room was very nice however when you're in bed and someone in either the above or next room used the shower, it was very noisy, enough to wake you up.

My room was nice and the staff took care of my fish.

The property is in a great location. But the owners should update the property with new air conditioners that work and have a better maintenance staff on hand.
