Best Western Inn Sturgis Hotel - Page 1

The bed was small and uncomfortable. We had pets and though we were told it was a non smoking room, it was definitely a stale tobacco odor. The bathroom had hairs on the floor, the pool was murky and the room was very hot. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but probably we would not stay there again because of the condition of the room and the pool.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff was very courteous. If we had a question, they always had time for us and they would give us additional information we might need before we asked. They told us of a very scenic drive we could take that we enjoyed very much.

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and the staff will always smile and say hello when you see any of them. If you need anything, make a call to the front desk and it is there within minutes always with a smile. The hotel is in such a great location right off the interstate and just half an hour from Rapid City. I love to stay at this hotel.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The room was so nice and clean all the time and I was always relaxed.

The stay is okay, but the deadbolt wasn't working just right. I mentioned it to staff, and it should be okay by now.
