I was particularly impressed with the friendliness of the check in people. They were really helpful. The restaurant people were also very friendly.

This hotel made me feel respected: The clerks gave their full attention to whoever they were working with. They made sure you had no questions when you had completed the check in procedures.

The location is good for Interstate 81 travelers. The bed and pillows were not as comfortable as I would have liked, the pillows especially. They were too hard and high. It is an in and out travelers motel.

We have been using this hotel for several years now. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who frequents hotels. Although we were a little disappointed with the price per night, we will continue to use it.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They knew our names when we went to check in! They said we could still use their pool even tough we came after nine p.m.

They have an awesome staff, very friendly, helpful. The room exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was great. It would have been better with low carb bread, but I brought my own. The only issue was the train that ran behind the hotel, where my room was located. If they provided earplugs to the rooms in the back, people might appreciate the effort.
