I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a moderately priced lodging in the Sedona area.

It has great views and price. The room was okay. The breakfast was mediocre.

It’s a beautiful hotel. There was a mix up at check in. The room was already occupied, so they just moved me to another room. No problem, but the clerk was not very helpful or sorry for the mix up.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: There was a lovely patio at each room with a view of red rocks that was great for morning coffee or an evening drink etc.

Despite the fact that this hotel has some of the best views in Sedona, avoid it. My wife and I were victims of theft while staying at the hotel and the staff was rude and completely unhelpful.

Some expensive cosmetics were stolen and a travel bag ripped while we were visiting friends. The only persons in the room were the housekeeping staff and the hotel will not take any responsibility whatsoever.

The Hilton, Days Inn, and the Hampton Inn are all well located and should be considered ahead of the incompetent staff that you'll run into here if you have any issues.

I was happy with the service and it had great views.

It's a beautiful hotel, has a great view, and fair pricing. I'm disabled and was given a room on the first floor as I desired. However, no one notified me that the first floor was two stories down from the parking area. I had to haul luggage up and down steps. I was offered another room for the second night but checked out and went elsewhere. Best Western should have advised me that the first floor was not the first floor.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They offered me a second night. They were very nice to me during check-in. They were apologetic about the room misunderstanding.

The suite was just a regular room with a bed removed. The breakfast server was less than able to perform the duties. The food was okay.

I liked the computer access. I also liked the reasonable rates.

I feel their rooms are overpriced but I always know that I will have no problems when staying at a Best Western.
