Best Western Inn Sedona Hotel

I always like Best Western hotels. They have interesting properties with great rooms at reasonable rates.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk person gave me great information about the area. It is an older motel with lots of charm.

The hotel was as expected, consistent with Best Western Quality, but enhanced due to its location.

The views from our room with the large patio access were incredible (be sure to insist on that view from one of the three levels available), not all rooms are equal. The included breakfast was excellent.

The only negative was that I was not allowed to use my Gold Crown number or frequent flyer card to accumulate points since I had booked through an online third party. This is really unfair, since the hotel will be paid for my visit, I did choose to stay there, and I have been a Gold Crown Member for many years. That policy needs revision.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a moderately priced lodging in the Sedona area.

Despite the fact that this hotel has some of the best views in Sedona, avoid it. My wife and I were victims of theft while staying at the hotel and the staff was rude and completely unhelpful.

Some expensive cosmetics were stolen and a travel bag ripped while we were visiting friends. The only persons in the room were the housekeeping staff and the hotel will not take any responsibility whatsoever.

The Hilton, Days Inn, and the Hampton Inn are all well located and should be considered ahead of the incompetent staff that you'll run into here if you have any issues.

It was a great room and the beds were comfortable.

This hotel made me feel practical: It was at the right place.
