Best Western Inn Rohnert Park Motel - Page 1

I have been a frequent guest of this hotel for many years, typically on a monthly basis. After my experience last week I will sleep in the local homeless shelter before staying here again! I was told that I was on a 'don't rent to" list for supposed damages to a room in January; this after staying there at least 4 other times this year! The manager is inept and doesnt know what customer service is let alone that I am a repeat customer! Make sure that you inspect every aspect of your room upon entering and call the front desk to have them inspect! Get it in writing or you will be accused of causing it (regardless of your age!) and charged for the repairs.

The hotel has a convenient location. The lock on the door was broken and it needed special twisting to operate the key to unlock. The staff knew the problem but had obviously not had it corrected.

The hotel has clean comfortable rooms and a convenient location. The hotel is good value.

We enjoyed our stay, but we thought the AAA/AARP price for two people and a small dog was too high.

The location was great -- I could not hear traffic. The room was big, with a fridge and microwave. It was very comfortable.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I stayed in a quiet, big room with nice furnishings.
